Big up to the guys on the trade counter helped me replace a faulty bathroom tap cartridge they didn't have a spare in the spares box but one of the guys made one up for me (he was very knowledgeable old school) saved me a lot of time many thanks
Lyndsey & Callum have been so helpful and brilliant helping us plan our bathroom & en-suite. They have access to so many suppliers, they can draw up the space for you and if there ever is an issue - they sort it out immediately - not like some of the online suppliers. Highly recommend going to Beamans.
Originally very helpful and happy with the service, however be aware of the 20% ‘restocking charge’ that you are charged if returning an item that they do not stock. Apparently there is a sign on the desk that advises you of this but I was not aware, not made aware upon returning an item and only realised on later checking the paperwork once I was home. Recently decided to completely renovate our Bathroom and as Beamans were local we decided to check out their showroom and make use their in house design service. Beamans have been brilliant. The showroom has a surprisingly large amount of displays and as they're a small company you really do get the personal touch from them. Lynsey who designed our new layout was brilliant and so patient. Dealt with Callum..He explained everything an gave me all the info I needed. I was able to view all the products in the showroom and be able to make an informed decision. Cannot fault the service or the delivery..Great company to deal with. Thanks a lot I've got my perfect bathroom.
