The whole team was extremely professional, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy, unlike other places I’d visited for ideas beforehand. Big up to the guys on the trade counter helped me replace a faulty bathroom tap cartridge they didn't have a spare in the spares box but one of the guys made one up for me (he was very knowledgeable old school) saved me a lot of time many thanks
