Great experience in and out about 2 hours. Great selection of coffee, snacks and plenty of space to spread out and work. Eric is great to work with and explains things in easy terms to understand. Jarvis is great for all the technology questions and takes the time to help get you set up and trouble shoot the issue with you. As long as I live here I will bring my Toyota here for service.
My service advisor, Bahzat, was terrific and the service was performed timely. I needed to have mobility during the service, so I rented a car. The process was easy and the price was more than fair. I've been a Beaman purchaser and service customer for more than 30 years. This was the best visit yet.
I had my Toyota serviced Wednesday 4/02/2026 and Megan was so awesome to work with. She was so knowledgeable and personable in all her interactions with me. She kept me informed in all the service details (which was excellent), through all the confusing warranty claim, and even discussing options in saving money at my closing financial payment. I highly recommend Beaman Toyota and will certainly return to this service location due to Megan's personal integrity and respect she conveyed.
Bahzat is the best. He didn’t even have to offer me his business card I took it by myself. Because he is that good. And I will be coming to him if I need further assistance with my Rav4.
