As a first time future patient, I sent them the info as requested by them on my insurance. They told me that they would let me know if they accepted it (I believe I sent it on Wednesday) on Friday since they were closed on Thursday. Never heard from them on Friday. My front tooth broke and my own dentist didn’t have availability, so I scheduled an appointment with Beam Dental in Edgewater. The dentist herself was nice and professional, but the office and scheduling were extremely disorganized. I was going back and forth with a broken tooth!
