I had an appointment way back end of October with another Clinic and I wanted it desperately be brought earlier as had travel plans to visit my 94yr old Mum. This was accommodated by the 2 wonderful ladies (sincere apologies as the names slipped my mind) at the Reception by which the date was most suitable - Thank you!! This is one place whereby, one feels comfortable despite of awaiting for worrisome tests one has to undergo, be it for an immediate result or once a year tests. They are patient focused ... friendly, helpful, compassionate and accommodating of patients.
The fastest place to get a private MRI in Calgary even though it still took over a week. Suraya, the MRI coordinator, appeared to genuinely want to help. She communicated by phone and email which was very convenient. The facility is clean and has a nice waiting area with fireplace and coffee. To have to arrive half an hour prior to appointment was excessive. My appointment was also 30-45 minutes late, apparently due to an emergency.
