I called to book my 13 week ultrasound. the lady who answered the phone asked me due date, then she booked me wrong date which is after 15th week. My family Doc said it could not be later than 13w6d, I told her and she apologized that she was looking at the wrong date. Having worked in healthcare I know and understand the importance of patient centered care and I say with complete confidence, if you find yourself going to Beam, any of their locations, you will be well taken care of... in every way. Today being the patient, and a highly anxious patient at that, I was greeted with warmth, kindness and care. I had my first experience with Beam radiology for SGB injections today. Dr Ramsey and all the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I felt safe and well taken care of… couldn’t really ask for more.
X-Ray Tech was super kind and amazing and just what I needed to lighten up my day!!! I was also helped extremely quickly despite just being a walk-in. While front-desk was helpful, unfortunately, I feel like front desk was rather terse and unwelcoming, so I believe the communication could be improved. While I can sympathize with what is probably a stressful job, many people may already feel anxious about medicine or appointments, and when your first point-of-contact is a bad interaction it may leave you feeling more anxious.... read more
