I can't see my test results on MyHealth Alberta myself.
I have had many ultrasounds/ DI done and I have never felt the compassion and comfort level that my ultrasound tech at beam gave me. She was so amazing and I felt heard about my concerns. She was also really funny and just what I needed at an uncomfortable 8 am ultrasound appointment. The iud program is amazing and I am so grateful for the nice team there.
I have EXTREME anxiety, and knew I was going in for a cortisol shot. The front desk staff, and Dr Beauchemin-Turcotte made me feel welcome and confident that I could get the treatment. She was so incredibly gentle that I will never loss another night's sleep over this treatment again. So incredibly grateful for their patience and kindness as it made a HUGE difference. Honestly the most difficult medical centre to book an Appointment. Doctors are excellent, but if you can't get in when you need them what good are they? Even if you have a hard copy of your Doctor requisition and you call in, after waiting 40 minutes on hold they will not book unless they receive a fax from your Dr. Which they indicated they may have, but have not looked.
