My experience so far has been fantastic. The day my doctor sent in the requisition I received a call and an appointment for two weeks later. I had my appointment yesterday and Megan the technician was very knowledgeable, kind and funny (putting me at ease). Dr. Patel is the first doctor to clearly explain my condition and what his plan of action was to help me. He also managed to distract me during the procedure. Staff is awesome, polite, accommodating, friendly There is a clean waiting area, and the doctors treat patients in a timely manner, I was very impressed by the way I was processed on my first visit in 2023! I still use them for treatment and will continue to. Rock Star parking with an elevator to take you you to the second floor..
Used to have treatment fairly close to the appointment time, now it's usually at least an hour wait. Wife is waiting for back surgery, double hip replacement. They are a private clinic that is making money off the back of a poorly managed health care system by the Albert government, could you maybe spend a little on your chairs??? I don't have the issues my wife does and my back starts to hurt within 30 minutes.
I had an excellent experience at Beam Radiology. The staff were incredibly nice, kind, and professional throughout my visit. They made me feel comfortable and cared for from start to finish. The environment is clean and welcoming, and the team goes above and beyond to ensure patients feel supported. I truly appreciate their kindness and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of radiology care.
