The staff are all friendly and accommodating especially the one who did my ultrasound. She made sure that I feel comfortable and at ease ☺️
My recent visit to Beam Radiology Canmore was one of the most unprofessional healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. The ultrasound technician was rude from the moment I entered the room. Instead of providing basic courtesy or care, she questioned why I was even there and suggested the appointment was a “waste of time.” No patient should ever be spoken to like that - especially when seeking help for real health concerns. The staff were very friendly, which made my experience much easier! Warm lighting in the rooms so it doesn’t feel so sterile and hospital like.
