Spoke with the receptionist on March 11th regarding my retainer being mailed to me. At no point did the office staff, and or the dentist state I needed to pay for shipping when I got the scans done. All they stated was they can ship them to me. I just finished paying 450 for the permanent retainer and 250 for the night retainer. I stay in Dallas and I drove all the way to sugarland to get my new permanent retainer and scanned for my night retainer on March 5th.
