I've been going to Beam Orthodontics for two years for my Invisalign orthodontics, and I am extremely pleased with their service. They are unfailingly kind and helpful and give you a number you can text anytime, to which they respond promptly. Their office staff is amazing and sooo friendly, and the overall experience is very pleasant, since you get to watch big screen nature shows the whole time you are in the chair. Coming from a teenager, great customer service, kindness all across the staff, and after I got my braces off, teeth were straight and bite was great.
I got my braces on with Beam five years ago, and had them on for about 2.5 years. I think this might have been when Beam was relatively new. I went to Beam as a teen (who wasn’t so excited about having braces in high school), and now as an adult I cannot stress how grateful I am! I am a very nervous dental patient and Beam always went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. First of the office is super clean and has a great vibe- all the staff was super friendly and inviting which is what you need when a kid visits the ortho for the first time- Dr has a great demeanor and spent the time making sure my son knew exactly what was going on. Will recommend Beam to all moving fwd!
