I am SO glad I inquired with BEAM Fitness and went through with their nutrition program. I was feeling like a needed some help in the nutrition department, and Amy set me up with a program that suited my lifestyle and dietary needs (I'm a vegetarian). I lost all of the weight I wanted to, and gained a huge amount of knowledge in terms of macro's and what MY body needs. I have a wedding coming up and I am feeling super confident and happy! Thanks Amy!!!!
Wonderful experience! Lost weight and inches in just a month. Amy is very professional and wonderful to work with. She is very accommodating of the fact that I am postpartum and created a great program to help me get to my goals while being realistic of my abilities and time restraints as a new mom. Would definitely recommend.
