Mark and Amanda Beam created our dream beach house . This father and daughter duo did not disappoint .They are very knowledgeable with the township and Sussex county building codes. They were very communicative during the whole building process. They accommodated all our special requests, without any hassle. It was a pleasure to work with them both. Thank you to the whole Beam family for all your hard work in making our dream come true.
We recently added a ”she” room to our home in Fenwick Island that Beam Construction recently finished for us. I couldn’t have imagined anything more perfect. It’s more than I expected. They always showed up, they answered any questions we had, they stayed within our budget. The whole experience was awesome. We’ve already recommended them to many of our friends! So happy with everything and a special shout out to Amanda!!
Great work! We put an addition on the rear of our beach property. Mark and Amanda were responsive to our needs and and at a reasonable cost. We made some major changes late in the project which they were able to accommodate with minimal delay and at a fair price! Amanda was great at keeping us informed and responding to our questions. Same is true for Mark. They were very helpful through out the project! We are extremely happy with our new addition.
Beam Construction has been so easy to work with. Love everything they did for our renovation. Not living at that beach during the renovation, Mark, Amanda and Greg were easy to reach and always available when I needed to make any changes or didn’t understand something. They had great ideas and of course were prepared for changes. Truly a family business that cares.
We had a great experience building our Fenwick Island home with Beam Construction. They were always willing to listen to our ideas and help us create the home that works for our family.
