Derek got my new-to-me used car smelling SO much better. There were a lot of trapped smells and honestly I wasn’t sure if they would actually be able to be taken out. Now I can drive the car without being grossed out. He was honest and reliable. He got us in for the detailing super quick! Highly recommend.
They did a good job at cleaning my wife's 9 yr old car. My only complaint is that they were heavy handed with the plastic coatings. The floor mat on the drivers side had so much that there was literally no traction to the point I struggled to get out of the car. so I had to take it out and put some degreaser on it and scrub some off. Other than that they did a pretty good job. There was one spot directly in front of the driver that had some dirt but I got it quickly with a paper towel.
