We are having the same problem, we've completed the caulking (Duotek Caulking) job and no payment. At this point we don't even know if we will get paid (fingers crossed), owner kept saying he's waiting for financing to come in. If all the trades come together perhaps we can use one company and put a lien on the homes or collection agency. If you guys have any recommendations please let me know. Many people already occupied these houses.
Did a job in May and still haven't been paid. I went over and above with a free return trip.

They don’t like to pay their contractors. Don’t even return your calls when you try to inquire. I’ve been waiting 3 months for my money. Didn’t want to post this but I’m tired of waiting for my money
