Got Beam through work and it's terrible
Avoid, cant find local provider, nobody in town wants to deal with them, constantly locked out of website. System to stupid to send me the code to get in. Forced to reach out to customer service that is lacking. Your better off putting a few bucks in savings and pay your own bill
My company has used Beam insurance since we started offering insurance. Our team has shared positive feedback and personally I haven't had issues with coverage, even when traveling and needing dental help when out of state.
Terrible. Deny deny deny. Poor excuse of an insurance company. Won’t even cover a root canal.
Beam doesn't say that as service isn't covered. Instead they waste hours of time of the dental providers asking for one more thing, then one more thing...currently now at 8! All of which my provider sent. They are just stalling until you give up. They have done this with both of the providers I see.
