I had gotten a quote from another company to replace my rear brake pads and rotors. I had called Larry at Beals and he gave me a quote for half the price. We had this discussion on Friday, August 29th. He told me to come in on Monday, Sept 1 at 7:30 am. I told him I was driving from a town over 30 minutes away, and he said he’ll complete the service in 45 minutes and I can just take a walk around the neighborhood while he works. Helped me very quickly and turned out to be a smaller issue than I thought. They didn’t even charge me! Excellent experience overall.
This guy installed a steering rack ruined my radiator in the process I paid for all of it an the steering rack is leaking after 8 months. Horrible communication and for everything he fixes, he breaks something. Stay away.
Excellent service I had a caliper freeze up 4 o'clock am this guy was nice enough get me in I stood there 20 mins it was done and we were missing hardware in box had to remove off of the other caliper and he still had me in and out fastest caliper change I have seen besides a NASCAR race lol
