Josh and Jess were awesome advocates throughout the whole experience of my purchasing our new home. Jess attended all the meetings on my behalf, was always early for the ones I could attend. She made her experience felt and appreciated with all the summaries after meetings and offered a lot of information I did not even think of. I’m not sure where to even begin. Our first experience with Jess began way back in 2022. We were moving across country, still owned our home in CA and needed to find a rental that would accommodate us and our pets. Jess helped us secure a rental home where we stayed for 2 years.
