Sgt Amacker is so helpful and professional. Best pharmacy in the Air Force! To Crystal: You probably came to the Pharmacy right after the Holidays, in which the clinic was closed 5/10 business days. No one working here wants a patient to experience the current wait times, but between prescription demand and manning, prescriptions cannot be processed any faster. To no fault of their own (or is it?) Meds take an eternity to pick up. After the doctor sends over the Rx, you have to activate in-person or via text, THEN you wait for the med to be filled. Why. Whyyy do we have to stand in line twice to activate our meds then pick them up? When I had Kaiser, it was poss for the doctor to activate it, which saved me 1 line of waiting. Furthermore, you don't know until you're picking up meds that certain ones aren't available. And when they're ordered, they take at least a day, if not more, ... read more
Prescriptions ready for pick up but then you wait an hour in the waiting room just to be called... Even in uniform.
If you’re going to lock the doors at 16:30 you should change your hours from saying 17:00.
