She really eased my worries
I'm sorry Dr Deladisma will be leaving she's a huge asset to UF health.
Dr Lane was amazing. With her I went from A1C of 9 or 10. Now it is down to 5.4. I lost 43 lbs under her care and got to my ideal weight finally. She is knowledgeable about Diabetes and she is the one who discovered that I am Diabetes 1.5 instead of 1 or 2. I didn't even know that it existed. When we lost her in our Clinic I actually grieved, because she saved my life.

Everyone in the office is very caring and go out of their way to provide exceptional care. They really listen to you and your concerns which I appreciate very much! The wait time is minimal. They are very welcoming. I now have my father going there as well and he has been very happy! Wonderful Nurse Practitioners. I was sorry to see them remove the providers names from the building, however. There is another clinic next door and it was helpful to see the providers names on the building.
Outstanding understand me this is my doctor, Dr. D and her staff. Thank you for everything.
I have been seeing Dr. Kline for at least 20 yrs. He is very kind, very understanding, explains anything you don't understand or need more information about. His entire staff treats you as Dr. Kline does. You are just as important to them and him as he and his staff are to you. I've never been disappointed and I can promise you you won't be disappointed either.
I will definitely refer Dr. Deladesema to others. My experience with her was very good.
