He helped us choose the right wiped film setup, the purchase and delivery were seamless, and the onsite installation/training with Ace was top-notch. been working with 2 beaker and wrench 6" units now for a couple of years and out of all the different brands I have worked with over the last 9+ yrs they are the best. Easy to work with, clean, operate, a true work horse. they also have amazing customer service. Parts are also easily available. there staff is amazing and there techs are always there to help as well.
Best customer service in the industry . There 6” wiper 5x our daily out put. Love the equipment big time game changer for any disty lab and it’s also Paired with a great team. Can’t wait to see what they do next.
