Our compounding pharmacists have time for you! We service the entire DFW Metroplex including McKinney, Allen, Plano, Frisco and Prosper.

Friendly Staff but that's were it ends! They never answer the phones. I have tried for days to pay for my RX, I even added a payment method to their app & still nothing. I have waited over 20 minutes on hold numerous times & never got through. Text messages, if replied to are done at the end of the day so they don't have to respond until the next day. Absolutely terrible business model!!
No one answers the phone. I’ve left voice mail & no one has returned my cal. Twice they were supposed to mail my RX-the 2nd time I called, I explained what happened and was promised RX would be shipped. It never shipped. Called and spoke to pharmacist & he shipped my RX. I believe the staff is doing the best they can. They are obviously understaffed and who ever the owner is not paying qualified people or he is purposefully understaffed.
