They came out this morning and installed a new hot water heater same day. Very polite and knowledgeable. Thank you for your hard work. Went beyond what was asked. Thank you.
I was out of town and trusted Nate to change out a furnace unit. He did a terrible job installing. Wires hanging out and didn't even put a filter in it. He also didn't hook the AC drain line back up and it ran all under the laminate flooring and ruined the whole living area flooring. He refuses to call and make it right!
