Mark Bastin from Awning & Sign Contractors reach out to Delta Sign Company, whom I work for to do a site survey for ULTA #561 in Charleston, WV. Survey was done to their specs, measurements were sent, but unfortunately Awning & Sign Contractors of Angola, IN decided to stiff us for the survey fee. I have tried numerous times to contact Mr. Bastin, with no luck.
