We have used B&A for 15 years. Was always pleased. This year I feel like we were kicked the curb. One of us is on WC and the other is now retired and collecting WC. Asked for an extension while collecting docs. Was told we didn't have anything to file. Just don't file. How do you "just don't file"? Very disappointed in how we were handled.
Unfortunately, my husband and I did not have a good experience with Mike. Mike accepted us as clients for 2023 tax returns in March, and told us that our returns would be ready prior to tax day. I called the week before to ensure they would be ready, and was told that he was running behind and would be filling an extension on our behalf. I was told the date they would be ready the following week, and when that date came, I was told that he needed even more time.
