First let me say, I LOVE your store. Its full of beautiful treasures and very willing and helpful staff. However; the number you have for your phone is actually a fax number. If you use one line for both, I would suggest you invest in a separate line. That way your phone line will be available when people call. Also the fax machine sound generates huge frustration.
