I love this store!. Since the first time I went in there, they have been friendly and professional. Cassandra is very creative and helpful. She calls me by name and says Thank you (which doesn't happen much in retail anymore). Always willing to "hold" something for me too! Wish I had more time to hang out and bead with all the friendly folks.
