This is an awesome store to go into to look for Halloween costumes as well as any type of beads that you may need for Mardi Gras or just a special occasion. They have many costumes from children to adults for great prices all different styles. There is also great customer service Chris who works in the store is very friendly polite and extremely informative with all of the products inside the store. Love the place and selection of beads but the manager is very RUDE! The little guy that helped me was so HELPFUL AND SUPER NICE but the manager was so rude to him when he was checking out my merchandise! She is loud and I felt sorry for him because I know he was embarrassed as there was a few people in line behind me. She needs to go to school to learn how to speak to employees especially in front of customers!
Not a pleasant experience. The 3 stars are ALL for Chris. Kind, helpful and full of spirit. He was helping several people with a SMILE. By the time we left we witnessed the manager so rude to him that his whole spirit was broken. Thank you Chris and keep being YOU. Also great prices and selection but the way Monica treated him and my daughter and I we will not be back.
They are always so helpful and always have what we are looking for. They have really help to make Many of our parties a huge success!
