Our experience with Select Property has been nothing but great! From the very first day we began renting through them, Jeff has handled everything for us. Our fence blew down a few months ago, and he got someone out to fix it as soon as he could. Our garage door has had some issues, and both Tammy and Jeff responded quickly and had someone out in a reasonable amount of time. We are so pleased with our experience here, and we know we will continue to love renting through them for many more months to come!!

We rented a high end property from this company. Denny and her team only did what they promised about 50% of the time. We had a room flood and they didn't fix it for 5 months. They sent over painters, etc. to the property without telling us. We’d look out our window and see someone walking around the outside of our house. Creepy! Poor or no communication. Beware of this company. My husband and I were shown a property by Jeff (there are only three people that work for Select Property Enterprises - Jeff, his wife and a part time person). We had to call him 3 separate times to convince him to show us the property listed, then once finally he decided to let us see it, he continued to make comments about how we were young (which we are not) and that we have a dog (which they clearly have issues with) and also that we would be moving from out of town (which he also had a negative... read more

My family rented through Select Properties in 2010 for 4 years. In that time we received a new dishwasher and brand new carpet in the entire house before our baby was born! I never once had an issue throughout my lease. We moved out in 2014 and rented a home from another renter for 2 years which was fine.
