We work with many suppliers and manufacturers across our business, and unfortunately Beadmaster has been the worst customer service experience we’ve had to date. We received several defective, and very expensive 1000ft beading wire spools, where half of the spool was unusable due to an unexpected coating change that made the product too thick for production. Super happy with my purchases. Once processed the beads came well packed. I bought a LOT, but looking forward more future purchases to add to my inventory.
I wish that the staff had been better about returning some emails. I would have liked to have the items I was not terribly happy with returned. At this point so much time has pasted. I tried repeatedly to respond in the one response via email that I received, to no avail. I was looking for some information on the production of the Swarovski crystals, something from Swarovski would have been preferable, as the only information I was given when I broached my concern with the sales manager sending me to an article written by an... read more
