Our experience with the Beadle group has always been extremely good, however I will never purchase a new Ford vehicle without being able to drive the model I'm looking at again. The technology is way to difficult to figure out, it comes with no physical manual. So to access any questions, you have to pull over and park the vehicle to access the screens. We purchased a 2024 Platinum Expedition and the navigation system is one of the most difficult ones I've ever used compared to Dodge and GM I'd give it a zero.
