When I was visiting the store back in 2024 I was living 40 minutes away from this store which is important. I had been a customer since 2022 maybe not regular but came by every so often for my jewelry needs even if it was 25 minutes away then. Every time I was there before one visit in 2024 was fine. Walking in the door is like having gem show sensory overload every day of the year. Don't be intimidated by that overload. The folks at bead holiday are the sweetest and most entertaining lot. You've ever seen selling beads. They are informative and instructive. There are classes available, too.
To me, the place looks disorganized, but the staff is always able to help me locate the right finding or the perfect bead. They have a good selection of natural stone, bone, polymer, and pearl beads and a huge collection of metals and glass beads. The staff is always excited to see people's projects. They are all makers, too. Bring cash; there is a fee for credit.
I had a string of beads that broke and it was heartbreak as they belonged to my deceased wife, the beads were tiny and went down the drain and under the stove… I brought all the beads in and they restrung them for me and had it ready the next day! Excellent work and customer service!
Not only is there an amazing (truly, staggering) selection of all things beading, the customer service is absolutely top notch! The staff are always friendly and eager to help. If you are just getting into beading, or are experienced and want to grow your collection, check this place out because you won't be disappointed! 💚💚💚
