I have had the worst customer service experience at this store. I purchased sale items that - when received - did not match the description (the descriptions didn’t include bead grade so of course I judged based on the photo - which were of Grade A beads). After refusing my refund request without asking any questions about what I was looking for, the company updated their descriptions to remove colour identifiers that made me think they were Grade A.
