As others say, the shop owner, an older woman, is extremely rude. For example, I wanted to know what some beads looked like without the bright pink string they were on, and her response was, “How do I know? I don’t take them off the string!” with any attitude of angry offense. I’ll come here only as a last resort.

VERY RUDE!! Not only were they not helpful, but were very rude when we didn't know how their "system" working for sorting beads according to pricing-which is way to high by the way-and they made sure to keep a keen eye on us from the back of the store while we shopped to make sure we didn't steal anything. They surely don't want to come out to help you find what you need, only to make sure you sort things right and don't steal. It sucks there are no other bead stores on the west side of town!

These employees need to go to business class to learn customer service. They apparently don't want repeat customers, because they are rude. The merchandise is average, but overpriced and limited. I won't go back.

I only go in there if it's a last resort. I have a friend who had a bead business and they did everything possible to find out where she was purchasing her beads from. They watch me everytime I go in. I think it's funny so I try and look suspicious. Lol. But they are rude and they don't help you at all. I asked for some help and all they did was point in the direction for me to look. I can't wait until the economy comes back my friend will be re establishing her business.

A disgrace to small business owners! I am aware of how hard it is to compete with big box stores as a small business owner. So, I make every effort to “shop local”. -As the campaign says to. I want to support my neighbors that are fighting the good fight against the man, or Sam (WalMart). HOWEVER, when you are treated badly, over charged and/or ignored in a locally owned business, it makes it very difficult to accept the few extra dollars you will be spending for your goods or services. I agree with the other reviewers. RUDE employees and high prices. We brought in a few beads we were trying to match and an employee was insinuating that we were trying to steal something. Funny, because we were looking at beads in their clearance bin. I would assume anyone trying to steal his beads would be in the high priced section. I'll never go back.

I have never been wso insulted in my life. the owner of this company is very rude and does not like people.
