I had a difficult and frustrating experience trying to register at this practice as a new patient in the UK. Despite providing all the correct documents and my visa status with a valid share code, I was told I needed an NHS number to register — which is incorrect for first-time patients. I was wrongly classified as a temporary patient, which delayed access to important care and referrals. Had a nurse who seemed high on drugs, slurred speech, slow movements, didn’t get up out of her chair to check my medical issue, she just sent me away. Another nurse I had got google up infront of me and googled my symptoms, they can never give an actual diagnosis each doctor says something different & there’s always a different doctor so you’re constantly explaining your symptoms. I was asking another doctor questions about another issue and I got told “you’ve already asked me 1 too many questions” I’d asked him 2 questions.

New to the practice and up to now can't fault them. Receptionists are very helpful. No problem getting repeat prescriptions.

Poor appointment service. 8.40am still waiting for staff to answer. It's usually 8 am to 8.30am to make an appointment but surprisingly at 8.40am I was still on hold. When the voice mail says "all of our staff are busy" there must be a lot of workers. Yet not one member answers the phone! It's bad enough when I do call into the surgery there's no one there. Have I to go through this every morning ?

Management really needs to sort the appt system out, you should be able to book a few days in advance to ensure you can get to the doctors. The waiting rooms are always empty anyway....
