Staff were very friendly helpful and you ask them to concentrate on your problems in your body where it is sore. They focus on these problem areas and achieve some excellent relief. I also found they do the best foot massage I have ever had definitely going back for more . Sue was excellent and professional and very skilled in relieving my soreness
