Hopeless several times. Three chances and three strikes. 1. Wrong size cutting blade fitted “the young fella put the wrong one on”. 2. Twice my mower has been there for over two months and terrible communication. 3. Rude on the phone to my wife on several occasions as she was trying to get a drop off organised. Despite me saying I was overseas, and giving my wife’s number they kept calling and texting me. Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable & friendly to deal with. Even during a busy period with other customers and phones ringing, Daniel had plenty of time to make sure I got what I needed and I was happy with it before I left. I will definitely be returning for my future business needs
Highly recommend these guys , was served by a guy named Ryan an absolute gentleman, was in no way what so ever to send me on my way without showing me the proper way to use to maintain my equipment and very knowledgeable ,I walked out almost an expert myself lol.cheers guys keep it up
