I’ve been coming here for about 10 years and everyone’s always really helpful, I’m anxious when it comes to the dentist so it’s nice to come in and feel relaxed before any treatment!
Reception might need to remember that with the new Apple call screening it records everything they’re saying INCLUDING what they’re saying about you the client…… Edited response to theirs. See attached photo. I haven’t posted the whole message that the ‘caring’ receptionists left (by accident), it’s best I don’t embarrass you further. Accountability and an apology would simply suffice.
I saw David who I highly recommend . He extracted two teeth very flawlessly . He was very friendly and professional . He put me at ease and was very knowledgeable . I will be coming to this practice in future .
