These guys are building a house across the street from me. They haven’t even started framing and their crews are leaving nails all over the street and side walk. Bad contractors = poorly built houses
This company is an affiliate of Craftmark Homes in McLean, which built my home in Falls Church five (5) years ago. It was a tear down and rebuild. I researched BeaconCrest at that time, including visiting homes they had built, and I was very impressed w/ their reputation, quality and competitive pricing. I went w/ Craftmark mainly on price, but I have recommended BeaconCrest several times to friends and colleagues looking for a premier infill builder in Arlington, VA and its neighboring counties/cities.
These guys are so shady, I don’t know if they are even a real company. I would question anything that they do. They are very rude and unresponsive to any concerns.
Tried to buy a house but they never responded to my emails.
