I moved into my apartment under the previous management and initially wanted to leave the following month. However, since PMG took over, I’ve noticed positive changes being implemented. I came in with a friend to tour a unit and I must say Ms. Dawn Is AMAZING! attentive and so kind! She gave us a tour and she sold my friend on the apartment! The apartment she showed us was nothing short of amazing! the pool and gym are a PLUS!. I dont know where you got her but every apartment community needs a Ms. Dawn, she is hilarious and made us feel so comfortable.

Ms. Christiana and Ms. Dawn were wonderful with any assistance I needed. They were quick and efficient when addressing any issues regarding my apartment.
I honestly don’t know how you all are still open. Roaches, you do your own maintenance , they make promises they don’t keep both Greenbrier and Gates Hudson. Horrible establishment. There’s poop in the stairwells that always smell like piss. Probably because there is feces in the hallways (rat and human). “New cleaning staff” doesn’t clean everything so trash and rat poop and poop from the homeless people who share your stair well remain there.
