The AC problem is horrific. When asking about the central AC they said that it wasn't available and provided a portable AC. 1 AC isn't enough to cover a 3 bedroom apartment. Even our animals are suffering and over heating. This is a serious danger to health. We have also found roaches, many fruitflies, and spiders in our apartment. Dirtiest building I ever lived in .havent had water in 2 months but expect us to pay rent . the ac has been broke since I moved in 5 months ago they don’t discount your rent or anything has roaches and flies everywhere .. elevator is broke almost twice a week & constantly smells .. stairwells smell like piss they don’t clean up enough building is like the projects in New York really a disgusting place to live & raise a family owners should be took to court … NO AC ALL SUMMER & IM AFRAID THEYRE WONT BE ANY HEAT FOR WINTER LOO... read more
Moved here in July apartments are TRASH. Paying the price of a renovated unit and nothing about this is renovated at all. Roaches are bad no air no heat and I have children mold everywhere. Maintenance team is poor only fixes things when they wanna fix it. Office staff is ignorant and not professional and when you say something back they quick to try to threaten you. Would not recommend this apartment. The rooms are infested with roaches, flying knats and flys(which doesn’t seem that bad but they create disgusting maggots!) The elevators are ALWAYS down, so if you live on a high floor level good luck taking the stairs. The doors are all broken so anyone can just walk in when you’re supposed to have a fob for only residents to access it. The inside is always dirty.
