Dr. Koo is the worst doctor I have ever seen. No consideration for the patient. And MRI schedule deck was rude!
I read the reviews and cannot understand why. 11/25/24 total hip replacement was scheduled to be performed on a very now concerned patient. The staff was very courteous, professional and helpful in so many ways. With this being said, my concern was at ease and confidence was building. I showed up 5 minutes late, they cancelled my appointment. Made me fill out the new patient form even though I’m already a patient to buy time then they reported I was 15 minutes late. Always an issue with this place. The secretaries apparently run the show and aren’t helpful
Surgery was a flop. Second one made it better. Now we are having 3rd one. Hope this works
Dr. Leroy was great. She is friendly kind and gentle. I will never switch dr for as long as I have deal with ob dr. She goes above and beyond.
