Excellent service from Beacon View Medical Centre. Completed an e-consult and received a reply within the hour from one of the GPs advising me to book an appointment for an examination. I contacted them and the reception team managed to get me an appointment later that day and I was seen by another GP. I was able to start my course of treatment straight away. I have been a patient with this surgery for many years, and I honestly can't fault it. The GPs and Nurses here are fab, and the reception staff always go above and beyond to help. Thank you, Beacon View Medical.

I’ve been attending this surgery for years and overall, it is a good surgery, majority of staff are great, I usually always rate the surgery 5 stars, on this occasion I’m rating it not good for people with mental health issues. I took my 21 year old son to the surgery for his 4.30 appointment, we got there for 4.25. At 4.40 I asked receptionist how long it would be before my son got seen, she said the 4pm person had just gone in. Absolute disgusting vile attitude off the receptionist on the phone worst surgery I've ever been. I challenge anyone to try and finish a sentence or to not be told your being aggressive over the phone.
