Recently had carpal tunnel surgery by Dr.Palmer (Sano) at Beacon surgery center in Lee’s Summit. This center is very nice & super assessable. The staff, nurses, facility, & doctor were awesome. Made this surgery very easy. Many Thanks!
My son had surgery today with Dr. Daggett. Our experience was amazing. My mom unfortunately had a turn for the worse last night and dying. When the nurse called to confirm time, I explained what was going. We decided not to cancel since this surgery was needed for our son. When we got there the staff had flowers for my mom and of course I sobbed. Everyone had amazing bedside manner and just unconditional compassion. Especially for someone most there have never met. Maybe "loved it" isn't accurate. I had shoulder surgery there and that was not exactly fun. The facility was very clean and medical staff was top notch. If you have to fix your shoulder then this is a good place to go, but would have been better not to get hurt in the first place.
This is the first time I have been to a surgery center. I found the doctors and nurses to be very caring and explained what they are doing. The atmosphere is much more calming than the regular hospital atmosphere. This was definitely a positive experience.
