Just wanted to thank the staff @ Beacon supply for treating me and my family like meaningful customers, not just numbers like lowes. They helped us troubleshoot our OLD furnace, until it was fixed....two weeks later. They took the time with us to find the old manual to look at the furnace we had and gave my husband very great advice on possible problems and how to fix them ( our problem could have been caused by a number of things).
