As a nurse working for a private oncology practice, trying to get any staff on the phone at Beacon Shores is so frustrating. They don't answer the phone--we let it ring for over 12 minutes and when someone finally answered, they put us on hold and then hung up. We called back because we needed to report critical labs and relay orders for a patient. It was very frustrating experience dealing with other nurses there. Be mindful where you work and who you work for. You will be exposed to some of the messiest people that work here. Not all but a good few. The new ADON is absolutely great and I wish her the best here. I do thank the person who looked out for me to get this job but some of these ppl do things for spite and to be noticed. This is by far one of the MOST CORRUPT PLACES I’ve ever dealt with. They mistreat their patients, the facility is nasty, the staff are lazy and the administrator and social worker are both complete liars and con-artists. If you have a loved one who needs rehab or long term care, go else where! BEACON SHORES NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!
