I love this office so much, that I drive from Spokane to go here! Dr. Dinning and his staff are caring, knowledgeable and experienced. They take the time to listen and provide solutions. I couldn't recommend more highly. I've more recently added infusion therapy at the office and I'm experiencing the same, high level care that I've gotten from the rest of the office and staff. 10/10!!

Horrible experience with the office billing department. I needed a detailed invoice in July to get rebates for my treatment. Instead of providing information that was useful, they just kept ignoring me until i became frustrated enough to call them out. Instead of resolving the simple issue, they fired me in January. I'm actually coming in right now to gather documents I asked you guys to help me file last month. You didn't help me, I wrote you several emails I tried to call you I tried to be fair.
