This is a beautiful, clean facility with lots of activities for residents. Family member was very happy there. Unfortunately, the management staff was inconsiderate to the residents capabilities. They tried more than once to push her out. The MD thought she was totally appropriate for the facility, but, they pushed for moving to another level of care. That has caused added stress & decline in health to our loved one.
Megan the caregiver was so amazing! As a provider, I often don’t get met with staff that are so compassionate, caring, and offering assistance before I could even ask. She went out of her way to provide excellent care and her big heart definitely showed.
My Great-Father-in-law loved living here. It was wonderful to see the smile on his face and hear the stories of his daily life whenever we visited him at Beacon Pointe. He had nothing but positive things to say about the meals, activities, friendships and caretakers he experienced every day while living there. His room was comfortable, spacious and bright, and the kind and professional staff was always willing to go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home.
