My loved one was at Beacon Point for 13 months. I have nothing but high praise for all aspects of this wonderful facility. All of the staff were so kind and understanding. Heidi taught us the art of therapeutic fibbing when her demands were off base. They led us through her journey of memory loss and death and they did it with wisdom and compassion. My hat is off to Beacon Pointe in Richland Michigan. Sarah Turner

My dear friend for more than 50 years sadly no longer could stay in her home due to dementia. Previously I had gone through a similar situation with my father. We tried at least four different Assisted Living communities none of them could compare to the quality of care and kindness Beacon Point gave my friend. I’m very grateful for the care my father receives at Beacon Pointe Assisted living. The staff is kind, attentive, and truly treats residents with dignity and respect. The facility is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which has made the transition much easier for our family. Communication has also been excellent—we always feel informed and supported. This is a beautiful, clean facility with lots of activities for residents. Family member was very happy there. Unfortunately, the management staff was inconsiderate to the residents capabilities. They tried more than once to push her out. The MD thought she was totally appropriate for the facility, but, they pushed for moving to another level of care. That has caused added stress & decline in health to our loved one.
