I have lived here for seven years, and the community is very nice and quiet. The office staff (Bre and Cher )and maintenance team ( The Nicks) are always professional, courteous, and responsive. It has been a great place to call home.
I’ve lived at Beacon Point for about three years with my family, and it’s been a good experience overall. The community is quiet, family-friendly, and feels safe. The staff really stands out—Bre and Cher have been great, as well as Nick and nick the maintenance team are always helpful and reliable when something needs to be fixed. Overall, it’s been a comfortable place to call home with my family.
My family has been here for seven years and we could not be happier..it is a very nice place to raise children. The townhouses and apartments are nice and very well maintained by the maintenance crew..if it needs attention they are on it.THANK YOU NICK AND NICK.
I moved to Maryland in 2020 to escape an abusive relationship and start my life over. I've lived in several places much to my chagrin they weren't the greatest. We moved to beacon pointe in 2021 and I can say that I have found my safe haven . This place is WORLDS apart from everywhere else. The neighbors are generally friendly and polite and usually have lived here for years.People are quiet and peaceful. Sherry and Breanna are second to NONE!! I love the staff at the office they are so patient with me and always help me when needed. And Nick...oh wow he is a life saver. He is so professional, nice and always helpful. If I could, I would give this survey 5 more stars.
