We had a couple issues when we moved into our home, however, Beacon Point was very QUICK to rectify every single thing we brought to their attention. I think this is a great place to live and Beacon Point does a great job. Placing troubles calls is easy and efficient. All the staff I’ve interacted with have been very kind and professional. Trash/recycling and bulk pickup couldn’t be any easier. Plus, the location is very convenient. Very grateful to live here. Thank you!
This place sucks! They told me that my date was locked in that I wouldn’t have to pay a fee to move out. Then I come in days later because they’re closed on the weekend and now it’s not accurate and now I have to pay $300 because they were closed on the weekend, so now I have to pay the remaining amount because she didn’t keep her word. Even though this lady gave me her word and the word of her boss that the fee was covered. Then on top of this this lady doesn’t even check who I am until the paperwork is already finish. The 5 star review is solely for the leasing office because we haven’t moved in yet. Our leasing agent Karen was very efficient in communicating with us answering all of our many questions, and very kind. Cannot recommend her enough.
