I lived here three years and so far the only thing they’ve helped with is an ant issue in our home and our heater being broken. Although, that took about 5 calls because they said it was fixed the other 4 times and it wasn’t.. (this was in the winter..) same with our smoke alarms. They like to go off randomly, any time of day or night, sometimes it says smoke is detected and sometimes not but either way, there is no actual smoke. We lived in Beacon Point for a month and so far we are having a good experience. Getting a home offer and our lease signing went very smooth considering my husband was coming from overseas. So far the customer service has been great. A criticism that I have is we were sent a virtual tour of the home in our neighborhood. In the tour the kitchen sink had a sprayer.
