Josh was awesome. No cooling in my home. Blown capacitor and needed the outdoor coils cleaned. Really fast service friendly and REALLY knew what he was doing. Do yourself a favor if you're freakin CALL BEACON!
I was very impressed with the service I received from Beacon. The scheduler/dispatcher was really great - very nice and personable and got me on the schedule quickly. The technician that came to the house was also great and was very professional. He explained each step to me, gave me a quote before doing any service, and got the job done quickly and without any mess. I highly recommend this company!
If you need a plumbing issue resolved ALWAYS contact Beacon Plumbing and Heating. We had a issue on a Saturday morning early. We contacted Beacon and within a very short time a person was at our door with a big smile and kind hello and we knew we would be taken care of. Took long to go into detail but we had a major issue in our crawl space that had been going on for months probably. Drip, drip, drip. Repaired and now we have the clean up and mold removal help on the way. THANK YOU BEACON!
Robert was efficient and thorough with information regarding the mechanics and pricing. He was patient with my lack of knowledge regarding this type project. All though I marvel over the work I would truly enjoy lowered pricing as a consumer/home owner. Over all good work and good customer service. I will definitely use Beacon Plumbing for future work.
