If the no star option was available, I would be using it! Our furnace broke, and they gave us a service window between 10am-1pm. After several unapologetic calls to the receptionist who was very unhelpful and rude, they arrived at 4:30pm. It is now 7:00pm, and they are still here because they cannot figure out what is wrong with our furnace....they suspect it is just the ignitor, but they are sending out a second technician to take a look! What a bad service and unqualified tech of Beacon Plumbing!!! Our office building that is located in Bellevue downtown, the heating system in the building stopped working on Nov 23, 2012. We called Beacon Plumbing for the repair. A technician came and looked then left, didn't fix it. We had to call them to schedule another visit. On 26, 2012 was the first repair. It was 3 days late, the technician came and checked. He said a little transformer was bad, and they brought a new one. When the technician replaced a new transforme... read more
