I was told yesterday to expect a plumber to arrive at my place this morning to install a new toilet. However, it is the end of the day as I write this and he never showed up. If he was caught up in an emergency, no one called to say if that was the case. Overall, I am greatly disappointed; no business should ghost clients like this
If this guys services are anything like his driving skills.... stay very far away.... aggressive, unprofessional and all-round dimwitted. Who knows, maybe caught him on a bad day.
